Services
Sobriety can often be achieved through outpatient treatment when someone seeks help in the early stages of addiction. Additionally, outpatient services are critical components for long-term success in patients transitioning from residential treatment. Our goal is to serve those stepping down from higher intensity services as well as clients from the community at large.
In order to support recovery, we will meet our clients at home or in a setting that is most comfortable to them. Because we believe that seeing clients face to face and working in a hands-on manner is essential to recovery, our staff is available around the clock to meet with the client when services are most needed. Our main services include:
- Counseling- Our highly trained professionals will provide counseling on recovery and relapse-related issues.
- Sober Companion- We try to make the transition from treatment into real life smoother by providing one-on-one mentoring.
- Transportation- We will provide transportation to and from our treatment centers or between treatment facilities.
By taking an individual approach with you, we are able to develop a plan that will address your specific needs. Success is measured by your sobriety over time and/or significant decreased in acute care utilization such as the reduction of hospital- and residential-based treatment, emergency room visits, improved wellness and an overall increase in your quality of life.
