• Assessment-
  We thoroughly assess your situation to determine if you are a candidate for alternative sentencing and if so, which type and level of treatment is appropriate for your situation.
  
  The assessment includes a review of the individual's history of alcoholism and/or drug addiction. Along with the addiction, we sometimes find some kind of childhood trauma, physical and/or sexual abuse or alcoholism in the addict's family.
  
  With all this information to reference, the court can make a well-informed decision regarding the client's circumstances and the offering of an alternative sentence.
  
  
• Placement-
  After the assessment takes place, FRN Alternative Sentencing Services will find the most appropriate treatment facility to correspond with the client's needs.
  
  In addition to our nationally recognized facilities, the FRN team has access to all other rehabilitation facilities across the country and always works in your best interest to find the program that best fits your needs and the court's mandate. We work to ensure our client's placement is in harmony with their religious beliefs, financial resources, sexual orientation, gender and any possible disabilities or mental health issues.
  
  Because of our extensive contact network and 15-year reputation as a highly regarded service provider in alternative sentencing and intervention opens doors normally closed to the public with typically no waiting period.
  
  
• Transportation-
  To comply with the court orders, we arrange transportation to and from the program or facility that is approved by the court.
  
  
• Case Management-
  Your case will be assigned to a Case Manager who will continually monitor your program. All documentation of your progress will be sent back to court at the required intervals.

Our services include:
• Monitoring our client's compliance with the program
• Providing progress reports to the court
• Appearing on behalf of the client in court
By completing these tasks, we ensure the success of our client and show professional support on the client's behalf. We also offer long-term services for our client's families as well as probation departments following completion of initial treatment.


• Intervention-
  FRN has the capability to guide family and friends through every detail and ease the fears and doubts associated with taking that first step. Our services encompass addiction-related crisis management resulting from alcohol, drugs, mental illness, trauma, eating disorders, gambling, and sexual or other addictions, all while mitigating the legal repercussions.
