How will the courts know that my client/loved one is actually following through with the court order?
To ensure the success of the alternative sentencing process, we present the court with updates as part of our commitment to the client and the court.
What if I'm already in jail?
In many cases we can be instrumental in getting help from the court for a favorable release as well as have your time in rehab count in lieu of incarnation.
How do you choose the right treatment center?
Based on 20 years experience and a working relationship with treatment centers throughout North America, such as the FRN treatment facilities, we find what we believe will be the best fit for our clients based on their needs.
Will the client's family be involved in the process? If so, how?
Absolutely. We believe that the family should play a role in alternative sentencing. Even though families find an arrest devastating, the alternative sentencing process can bring unity back into the family. But it's not just the immediate family members. We also encourage friends, coworkers and anyone else close to the client to be involved.
